Even heroes need help, especially for the invisible scars and injuries. When you see those in need, you run to the rescue…why not do that for yourself? Any of these sound true to you: chronic stress, leadership problems, loved ones not understanding, interpersonal conflict, overstimulated/adrenaline rush, community against you/your profession, alcohol not numbing the pain enough? Do you fear that seeking treatment means you aren’t tough enough or others may see you as mentally unfit for your position? Unfortunately, this mentality is common among first responders and veterans which is why more first responders and veterans attempt suicide than other Americans. Help is available, you are not alone!
At our practice, we are committed to providing trauma-informed care that prioritizes your safety, trust, and healing. We understand that trauma can have lasting effects on emotional, mental, and physical well-being, and we approach every session with compassion, sensitivity, and respect for your unique experiences. Our goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward at your own pace. Through evidence-based therapeutic approaches, we help you process and heal from past trauma while fostering resilience and personal growth. Whether you're navigating past experiences or seeking tools for coping, we are here to guide you on your journey toward healing.
Feeling overwhelmed by stress and emotions? Are you struggling with obsessive thoughts, constant stress, or panic attacks? Do you constantly brace for something bad to happen? Anxiety can make it feel like you're not in control of your emotions. You likely wish you could manage them instead of letting them take over your life. Struggling with motivation and energy? Having trouble getting out of bed or leaving the house? You might be dealing with trauma, grief, or simply can't find joy in things you once loved. Depression can drain your motivation, leaving you exhausted and burnt out. Many people unknowingly live with it, as sadness becomes their emotional baseline. It’s often mistaken for laziness, especially when others tell you to “just move on.” If you feel consumed by emotions you can't control, we're here to help. Whether you want to cope, heal, or feel more grounded, we’re here to support you in facing the future with confidence.
We offer engaging presentations focused on wellness, suicide prevention, and resiliency. Our sessions are designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to prioritize mental health, recognize signs of distress, and build emotional resilience. By promoting open dialogue on these important topics, we aim to create a supportive environment where people feel empowered to seek help and support one another. Our goal is to provide practical strategies that encourage well-being, reduce stigma, and strengthen overall mental health.
Is low morale affecting your staff? Are you looking for ways to enhance suicide prevention and awareness efforts within your agency? Our consultation services are designed to help organizations address these critical issues by providing practical strategies and resources. We work closely with companies to foster a supportive environment, improve mental health awareness, and implement effective suicide prevention initiatives. By partnering with us, your organization can create a healthier, more engaged workforce while demonstrating a strong commitment to employee well-being and safety.
We provide clinical supervision to master’s level clinicians, doctoral interns, and psychologists. Clinical supervision is a process that builds clinical autonomy. It helps you learn how to blend evidence based research, practice, and your own style to develop individualized treatment for clients. Together we will identify any potential weaknesses and biases and process them to ensure they will not conflict with your ability to become an amazing clinician. Supervision will include discussing cases through theoretical lenses, exploring experiences related to self-of-the-therapist, identifying and assessing utilization of therapeutic skills, reviewing ethical and legal guidelines, engaging in interactive discussions, etc. Reciprocal feedback will be encouraged during each session to ensure the supervisee is getting their needs met. Through a collaborative and developmental supervisory approach, we will work together to help you grow professionally into the clinician you want to become.
